Evolving your product: Reposition an ai LOGISTICS SOFTWARE COMPANY

Rida is a scaled-up software company in the AI logistics space. With growing product and services offerings, they needed a new website that helps them reposition in the market and attract enterprise customers.

The challenge

Before we started, the company was perceived as a courier service, even though the business had grown into an AI-powered logistics software company. The sales team was selling novel product names that didn't appear anywhere on the website, so customers couldn't see them or understand how the products related to each other. That gap led to poor sales qualification and missed opportunities.

tESTIMONIAL

“What set Quinnie apart wasn’t just design taste, it was that every design decision came with business reasoning behind it. She understood why a page needed to convert a certain kind of buyer, not just how to make it look good. When our priorities changed, she recalibrated fast instead of treating the shift as a disruption.”

“Quinnie worked the way I’d want an in-house designer to work. She pushed back when something didn’t fit our positioning, flagged risks before they became problems, and communicated clearly without needing constant check-ins. It never felt like managing an external vendor.”
