About us

Finding Ikigai is a creative studio rooted in intention—where strategy meets soul, and systems are designed to scale what matters.

Inspired by the Japanese concept ikigai (生き甲斐)—“a reason for being”—our name reflects a belief that every business has a unique “reason for being”—an ikigai—that guides meaningful growth. We combine user-centered product design and development, and intentional workflow systems to help businesses transform digital experiences into measurable business results.

I’m Quinnie—designer, strategist, and builder of what I call meaningful systems.

Over the last decade, I’ve worked across Canva, Envato, high-growth startups, and enterprises—in finance and property industry, navigating complexity.

I’ve led products that scaled fast that drives billions of online traffic in 2 years and products that have millions of monthly active users.
I’ve shipped Minimal Viable Products (MVPs)  and restructured technical platforms that takes coordination across 21 teams.
But what I’ve always cared most about is this:
